Group on Earth Observations
As a partner, the Group on Earth Observations (GEO) is committed to protect children's health and development from the impacts of climate change and environmental degradation. GEO commits to the following activities:
- Advocate for prioritizing children’s environmental health in key international forums, including through joint co-branded communication and advocacy products, when feasible.
- Contribute research on the specific impacts of climate change and environmental degradation on children’s health and sharing guidance, tools and best-practices to protect children from these impacts.
- Provide technical assistance, expertise and technical resources on children’s environmental health.
- Participate in joint convenings and promote coherent approaches to protecting children's environmental health.
