Watch this video to learn how the Department of the Environment, Ministry of Health & Wellness and the Belize Solid Waste Management Authority is teaming up with UNICEF Belize to raise awareness of the ways they are contributing to air pollution and reducing the quality of our air. This is important because children are more susceptible than adults to both indoor and outdoor air pollution as their lungs, brains and immune systems are still developing and their respiratory tracts are more permeable.
