As a partner, the National Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Slovenia is committed to protecting children from the impacts of climate change and environmental degradation.

As part of their contribution to the Partnership for a Lead-Free Future and the Children's Environmental Health Collaborative, they commit to the following activities:

  1. Work towards preventing exposure of residents, especially children, to lead in the local and wider international environment.
  2. Contribute research on the specific impacts of environmental degradation on children's health and sharing guidance, tools and best practices to protect children from these impacts.
  3. Participate in other activities to reduce exposure to lead.
