Environment and Social Development Organization
As a partner, the Environment and Social Development Organization (ESDO) commits to protecting children from the impacts of climate change and environmental degradation.
As part of their contribution, they commit to the following activities:
- Advocate for prioritizing children’s environmental health in key international forums, including through joint co-branded communication and advocacy products, when feasible.
- Contribute research on the specific impacts of climate change and environmental degradation on children’s health and sharing guidance, tools and best-practices to protect children from these impacts.
- Provide technical assistance, expertise and technical resources on children’s environmental health.
- Participate in multi-stakeholder workshops and promote unified approaches to enhancing environmental health and safety standards for vulnerable populations, especially children.
